Required Documents

These documents are needed for internal verification of legal and ethical compliance of the data to be shared.

  1. REB Documentation. Among others, it should include data management and consent for secondary use of data. ShAIRe should be listed as your data storage platform.
  2. Consent. Informed consent documents or an official waiver of consent
  3. Study details. Research protocol and official Letter of Approval.
